Le Tapis Volant

A group of French students led by Malric Leborgne from Southampton Institute built a wingmasted planing triscaph, inspired by "Yellow Pages Endeavour"

It was known to the English organisers of Speedweek as "Green Pages" or "The Green Machine"

Its real name is now "ZOCKRA", and it is being modified to sail on the beach as a land yacht. It will be entered in the FRAMATOME competition in France later in 1999 for a World Speed attempt.
